It’s an ailment I’ve never suffered from, but migraine is an issue that 15% of the world’s population have to deal with, and in adults it affects three  times as many women as men. 

Those of us who never experience the complaint are likely to be as dismissive as this US Army officer, but the truth for those that are affected is devastating.
My stepdaughter, the beautiful (inside and out) Rachel was struck down by a migraine attack this morning.

The cause? A genetic influence for sure, with triggers of stress, fatigue, and hunger.
