The Magic Money Tree

Live on TV before the last General Election Theresa May told a child there was no magic money tree.
Well, not exactly a child, more a middle aged health service professional.
Unfortunately mediocre politicians talk down to their audience, hoping lies will be believed.
And since they hold a microphone they are more likely to be heard.

Most of the British media has a Conservative slant, so it’s the Tory inspired newspapers that elevate mediocrity to the voice of reason.

I must soon do a blog on why the UK media is overwhelmingly Tory. It’s barmy and irrational.
Perhaps because the Brits are such snobs.

The Magic Money Tree  has given me many well paid jobs, with private health insurance, expensive cars with unlimited mileage, and many other perks.

But the tragedy of Grenfell Towers makes you wonder what the economy should really be about.
Should a subcontractor be allowed to win a job just because they cut costs more than anyone else?
Is there no other criteria?
And what responsibility has the landlord?
And if it results in the loss of life do you conclude it was just one of those business problems that interrupts profit making?

Where is the magic money tree that pays for a 1 billion DUP deal that keeps Theresa May in power?
I think for too many entrepreneurs it doesn’t matter that much.
As long as it’s not from my P&L.

Now 70, I'm getting back into website development and brand protection, as well as showcasing the delightful artistic talents of my beautiful wife Lynne. My projection will encompass a lifetime of database marketing, as well as the Christian democratic socialist ideals of my wife and I.
